Jack Barker-Clark

My fiction has featured widely in the UK, including in 3:AM Magazine, Litro, and New Critique. In the US, my work has appeared in Diagram, Hobart, Ninth Letter and elsewhere. My prosework has recently been selected for the Prototype 4 anthology and my short story ‘Both On and Off’ won the Fish Publishing Flash Fiction Prize in 2021.

Interested primarily in contemporary fiction and poetry, philosophy-influenced texts and theories, ‘experimentalism’, postmodernism, vampires, ornamental grasses and the novel.
